2010 Powder River Shoot Out ( See this space for info as it becomes available)

The Gillette Gun Club will be hosting the Powder River Shootout at its facility, ¼ mile north on Hannum Road. The shoot will be for mine and mine vendor employees only. We will only be receiving 150 shooters, so please get signed up and paid up as soon as you can.

As in the past, each shooter will receive an embroidered shirt, breakfast, lunch and will be eligible for the prizes that will be given away (guns, knives, shooting vests, etc.). These prizes will be given out in a random drawing and are not based on a shooters skill level. This is designed to be a fun shoot.

Each shooter will need 95 rounds for this event. (25 16’s, 25 handicap, 20 doubles & 25 fun targets). Practice times will be available and the cost will be $3.00 per 25 plus shells. Shells will be available for purchase at the club house.

All event times are tentative, and could vary slightly. The 9:00 am start time is definite. Should the shoot date have to be changed due to weather, our contingent date will be September 13. All time will remain the same.

Gillette Gun Club is looking forward to hosting this event and will try to make it as enjoyable as possible for each contestant. Please be sure to thank our sponsors who make this all possible due to their generosity.
